Located at 620-630 E. Broad St. Formerly the residence of Ann Sullivant and the founding location for what is now Nationwide Insurance. The buildings total 33,000 square ft. of office space in two historic buildings. New Tenants include the CWA local 4502 union, National Entertainment Network, Steward Hall Lawfirm, and Decker Vonau Lawfirm. The project consisted of $530,000 in state and federal historic tax credits combined with a preservation easement that will preserve the buildings in their historic form while adding jobs and new tenancy. The total construction dollars added to this project are in excess of $1.3 million. The project was 10% occupied prior to acquisition and is currently 100% occupied.
